REFUNDS: 
In the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or owing changes to COVID-19 restrictions the ticket will be refunded excluding fees.
Proof of purchase will be required for the refunding of tickets. 

If the event is postponed, a new date is announced subject to availability.

Refunds will not be offered due to personal circumstances. 

All the concert tickets will be scanned at the door and their bar-codes will be checked by the venue staff. Each bar-code can only be used once to enter and copied tickets will be rejected. Event organisers are not responsible for third party ticket re-sales and only honour the original owners of the ticket unless advised in writing to the organisers.

COVID-19:

The organisers will be guided by Government directions or regulations at the time of the event. 
At the time of the event if you or anyone in your group is subject to self-quarantine and or are feeling unwell you agree not to attend the event.  

ENTRY:
Management reserves the right to refuse entry for any event, ticketed or otherwise. In this case, the
Promoter is responsible for any refunds.

Metro City reserves the right to conduct bag searches throughout the duration of the event. Should
any patron be found with unauthorized items considered to be of a dangerous or of an illegal nature they will
not be permitted entry.

ID scanners will be used throughout the duration of the event. Should any patron show up on the "Banned"
list for any reason they will not be permitted entry.

Under no circumstance can alcohol be brought into the venue. However Bars will be opened for the convenience of the patrons. The Metro City practices responsible drinking/serving of alcohol at all times and abides by the Liquor Licensing Commission’s Regulations.

1. This ticket is sold on behalf of the organization responsible for presenting the event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and the venue where held.
2. The right is reserved to vary advertised programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
3. The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and in such event, the patron will be obliged by all and any cancellation policy as applicable.
4. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of the management at a convenient break in the program. 
5. The use of cameras, tripods, monopods or other recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
6. Patrons shall be aware the venue may use strobes, flashing lights, loud music and smoke effects during the performance.
7. Patrons will adhere to all and any house rules and enter the venue at their own risk.
